Who Are We?
Leader In Me Lighthouse School Recognition, March 2020
Title 1 Campus with School of Choice focus of Leadership and Technology
We have been on our Leader In Me journey for nine years. Over these years we have worked on creating a culture of leadership, developing WIGS (Wildly Important Goals) Individually and as a school, and empowering our students through the Lighthouse Leaders, Junior Lighthouse Leaders, and in the classroom.
We conduct 2 Student Led Conferences per year
Habit Huddles: Pre-Kindergarten- 5th Grade Level Team Meetings where the students collaborate and learn together about Leadership Habits and Character Education lessons. These Habit Huddle Days build-up toward their finalized Leadership Showcase Day Presentation that is held in the Spring semester.

This school develops tomorrow’s leaders by equipping students to create and accomplish goals, work together, and positively influence others. Through the lens of servant leadership and by utilizing 21st-century technology, students will experience strong academics, rigorous instruction, and team-based learning.
